Return and cancellation rules
Are you not satisfied with your order?
We'd love to know how we can improve it!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused or email us a photo showing that the product is faulty. We will confirm the photo and in most cases we can resolve the issue without a refund. We guarantee that your money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after you receive your order or confirm a photo through our customer service.
Important: beauty products and goods purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.
Return by mail
You have up to 14 days to exchange a product for a different variant of the product or request a refund if it is delivered to a parcel center near you after you receive your order.
1. CONTACT (EMAIL ON THE SITE)
Contact us first by email to get the return address. Since we have multiple distribution centers, we need to determine which center your package is coming from based on the reason for the return.
2. GIVE US THE PACKAGE NOTE.
Pack the product as safely as possible in the original packaging and enter your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, always ask DHL for a tracking code when you return the package. After you send the package, please contact us at tjellborg.se if you want the money back or a different Variant of the product
Note: Our headquarters are located in China. Please note that you must send the package to our supplier (based in Asia) when returning the product.
3. SHIPMENT
Pack the package in the same way as when you received it from us.
Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and return your parcel.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible or a refund will be arranged.
For returns, please contact us by email first to ensure this is done correctly.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@dailygadgetz.com. If you cancel your purchase within 6 hours, we can refund your money unconditionally. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they arrive at your address.
Shipping costs
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund for your purchase, shipping costs will be deducted.
The time it takes to get your replacement product to you depends largely on your location.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!
Products such as underwear, underwear, pantyhose, hair products, cream products, etc. are not covered by the Niceborg return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
